Dylan Dethier is a multimedia journalist, podcast host and author. A senior writer for GOLF Magazine and GOLF, his work has also been featured in The New York Times and GQ. Dethier currently appears as a featured journalist in Full Swing, Netflix's PGA Tour docuseries, and hosts the podcast The Drop Zone. He is the author of the critically acclaimed memoir 18 in America: A Young Golfer's Epic Journey to Find the Essence of the Game, his account of his year playing golf in every state across the country. Dethier went on to become a professional golfer, competing for several years in the minor leagues before focusing full-time on journalism. He now lives in Seattle with his wife, Emily.
